Virtual London Marathon

Your run. Your way. 

On Sunday 2 October 2022, you could be one of the runners taking part in the London marathon, virtually! 

Last year saw the biggest marathon ever staged with thousands of people from over 100 countries taking on the 26.2 miles virtually. It was a celebration of everything  the London Marathon stands for: fun, fundraising, fancy-dress and amazing community spirit, and a triumph of positivity and togetherness. 

The virtual London marathon gives you the flexibility to complete a marathon distance in your own way. You have 23 hours and 59 minutes to complete the 26.2 mile distance. You don't have to travel into London, you can complete the marathon in your local area. You could even plan a route that is special to you, for example, plan a route that goes past places from your childhood. 

You will still receive the offical London marathon finisher medal!
