We can talk you through the next steps, help you find support and just listen.

Who will I speak to?

Our helpline calls are completely confidential and are answered by fully trained members of staff or volunteers.  All of our volunteers have personal or professional experience of cervical cancer or cervical abnormalities.

Callback service

Everyone who calls the helpline is also offered a call back with a fully trained member of staff a few weeks after their original helpline call.  This is arranged at a pre-determined time between both parties and offers the chance to gain more support and information.  This could be after an appointment if you have more questions or if you feel that you just want to talk again.
